MSFS 2024 Logo.png Microsoft Flight Simulator (2024), often abbreviated as FS2024 or MSFS, is a modern flight simulator developed by Asobo Studio and published by Xbox Game Studios.

Microsoft Flight Simulator (2024) is a sequel to Microsoft Flight Simulator (2020) and it's the next generation of the oldest and one of the most beloved simulation franchises. From light planes to wide-body jets, fly highly detailed and stunning aircraft in an incredibly realistic world. Create your career path in flight aviation. Enjoy flying day or night and face realistic, challenging weather conditions. The simulator is largely cross-platform: cross-buy, cross-play, and cross-progress. The Standard Edition is included with the Xbox Game Pass subscription. FS2024 is still in development and will be released sometime in 2024 for the Xbox Store, Windows 10 Microsoft Store app, and Steam.

XPlane12-Placeholder.png X-Plane 12, often abbreviated as XP12, is an upcoming professional flight simulator that is being developed by Laminar Research and published by Laminar Research. X-Plane 12 was announced on September 25th, 2021 at the FlightSimExpo 2021.

X-Plane 12 entered private alpha on 2021-12-03 and its public beta, titled Early Access, on 2022-09-05. Patch notes are available for each release version.

FlightGear Flight Simulator 2020.3.11 LTS title002.png FlightGear Flight Simulator 2020.3 LTS, often shortened to FlightGear 2020.3, or FGFS2020, is a free, open source, multi-platform flight simulator in the FlightGear Flight Simulator series developed by FlightGear.org. It also simulates space flight in Earth's orbit. FlightGear is available for free from the FlightGear.org downloads page.

FlightGear is an atmospheric and orbital flight simulator used in aerospace research and industry. Its flight dynamics engine (JSBSim) is used in a 2015 NASA benchmark to judge new simulation code to the standards of the space industry. FlightGear 2020.3 has over 700 aircraft and spacecraft projects, that can be filtered by advancement level in art/flight dynamics model (FDM)/systems, in the launcher browser. The rest are available through 3rd party hangars or from development repositories. It's used professionally for research and development, as well as non-professionally.

It was released on Xbox Series X|S on 2021-07-27. The Game of the Year Edition and Reno Air Races expansion released on 2021-11-18. The 40th Anniversary Edition released on 2022-11-11.

DCS World Boxart 2022.jpg Digital Combat Simulator World (DCS World) was released first on October 17th 2008 in Russia then later on to other markets and Steam on March 18th, 2013 developed by Eagle Dynamics and published by The Fighter Collection & Eagle Dynamics, Inc.

DCS World is a free to play sandbox simulator that comes with a mission editor, full network play and more than 156 AI weapons systems, 105 ground vehicles and trains, 50 air defense systems, 19 ships and 84 AI aircraft permitting you to plan and play highly sophisticated missions.
